• How long does the hair last?

The hair can last up to 9 months with proper care. Refer to our hair maintenance page for guidelines.

• Can the hair be colored?

Yes the hair can be colored however, we advise you to consult with your stylist to do a strand test, to see how the hair reacts to the level you desire.

• Can the hair be curled?

Yes the hair can be curled with flexi-rods, steam rollers, hot tools, etc. Keep in mind the more heat you put on the hair, the shorter its lifespan gets. We advise you to use a heat protectant spray when using hot tools for curling or flat ironing.

• What kind of products can I use on the hair?

We recommend using light oils/serums or hair mists when necessary. (Giovanni Shine of the Times, Matrix Exquisite Oil, Biosilk, Moroccanoil Glimmer Shine, etc). Using heavy hair glosses, oils, etc, would weigh the hair down leaving it looking greasy. It can cause build up and tangling.

• What grade is the hair?

We do not go by the hair grading system because it is confusing to our clients. Our hair is quality single drawn hair.

• Can I use natural hair products on the hair?

No we do not advise you to use natural hair products on the hair. Natural hair products tend to be too heavy and greasy for hair extensions. Shea Butter, coconut oil, olive oil, etc, are best for natural hair not hair extensions.

• How many bundles do I need for a weave installation?

A natural density of 10-14 inches is two bundles, for longer lengths 3-4 bundles depending on the length of the hair.

• What is a 4x4 lace closure?

A 4x4 lace closure is a hair piece used to replace the traditional closure, giving you the illusion of scalp when you part the hair. It's 4 inches wide by 4 inches in length. 

• What is a 360 lace closure?

A 360 lace closure covers the perimeter of the head. It gives you the option of wearing a high ponytail.
